It's confusing, I had to see the heroes turn back when they were about to have their final confrontation just so I could play for 20 more hours looking for stuff I didn't care about and THEN finally get back at the villain and kill his ass. And then the MC is like "I have to find the answer!!!1!!" ALL THE TIME without a clear question ever being asked by anyone. Let me tell you that somewhere at the halfway point, something, I can't tell you what because I didn't get it myself, makes them change their mind about the main conflict, and they all suddenly turn tail when they were about to end it, and decide to look for information about an aspect of the plot that didn't matter at all up until that point. I mean too anime-esque, always spouting vague "I'll do my best!" or "I'll find my answer!" and stuff like that, without ever really clarifying what they're gonna do their best about or what they're going to find an answer to. The characters are all rather bland both in design and personality, and the way they talk is very indirect and anime-esque. It's not that it sucks as a game, it sucks as a Tales. I enjoyed Berseria more because I absorbed the lore from Zestiria Related Websites and Groupsįlair images from Tales of Transparent, Brilliant Cataclysmic Rips, and Abyssal Chronicles' Tales of Card Evolve Gallery. >!Repede is a good boy.!< ➜ Repede is a good boy.
